You move at your own pace through each module, combining:

• practical behavioural experiments for you to test in live situations
• structured mapping of your leadership context, experiences and patterns
• daily and weekly micro-practices to support early detection of stress and conscious behaviour change
• clear, accessible models and approaches
• a comprehensive workbook consolidating all exercises and reflections.
The practices are varied, engaging thinking, emotion and doing. Everything is designed for immediate application to your current leadership context.
